Our Commitment

At Coya Crafts, every canvas print is produced in-house on our own professional-grade equipment. Because we control the entire process—from printing to packing—we’re able to ship your custom artwork quickly and reliably.

Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.

Handling Time

We print, cure, stretch, and quality-check each piece before it leaves our facility.

Transit Time

4 – 5 business days

Carriers deliver Monday–Saturday.

*Most orders arrive within 6 – 8 business days from purchase. While rare, unexpected carrier or weather disruptions can add a short delay. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.

 

Order & Shipping Confirmation

  1. Order Confirmation Email – sent immediately with your order number and details.
  2. Shipping Confirmation Email – sent when your package leaves our facility, including a tracking link.
  3. Delivery Notification – emailed once the carrier marks your parcel as delivered.

 

Shipping Carriers & Costs

We compare real-time rates from major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and choose the best option for your location. Standard shipping is fee applies on all U.S. orders unless a promotional upgrade (e.g., expedited) is selected at checkout; any upgrade charges will be shown before you pay.

 

Shipping Locations

  • Continental U.S. – standard timelines above.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories – please allow an additional 7–12 business days.
  • No P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO – carriers require a physical street address. If that’s an issue, contact us and we’ll try to help.

 

Lost, Delayed, or “Delivered but Not Received” Packages

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, or with neighbors.
  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to open a trace/claim.
  4. If the carrier declares the package lost, email us at askcoyacrafts@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll reship or refund—your choice.
