We currently do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for targeted‑advertising opt‑out at the browser/device level and, when feasible, at the account level.

10) CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)

Scope. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of “selling”/“sharing” (for cross‑context behavioral advertising), limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information (which we do not process), and to not be discriminated against for exercising rights.

Disclosures in the last 12 months. We may have disclosed the following categories for business purposes: identifiers; customer records information; commercial information; internet/usage data; and geolocation data—to service providers (ISPs, payment processors, fulfillment partners, customer support, analytics).
Selling/Sharing. For marketing/advertising purposes, we may have “sold” or “shared” (as defined by law) identifiers, commercial information, and usage data with business/marketing partners.
Opt‑out. To opt out of “selling” or “sharing,” use GPC on your browser and/or email askcoyacrafts@gmail.com with the subject “CCPA Opt‑Out.”
Requests. To submit requests to know/access, delete, or correct, email askcoyacrafts@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. Authorized agents may act on your behalf with proof of authorization.

11) VIRGINIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (VCDPA)

Virginia residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling with legal effects. Submit requests to askcoyacrafts@gmail.com. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing us; we will respond within 60 days with our decision and reasons.
