Refund policy

Our Promise

Every Coya Crafts piece is printed, stretched, and inspected in-house. If it arrives anything less than perfect, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced immediately at no cost or hassle to you. There are NO restocking or return shipping fees to replace your prints due to our error. We will never require you to mail your order back to us for returns or exchanges.

Do not discard your items until we have confirmed your return or exchange is complete.

 

30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee

If you find that your order isn’t perfect for your space or are unhappy with the results, we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution. We will offer an exchange or refund for your prints within 30 days after you have received your order.

 

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us: askcoyacrafts@gmail.com
  2. Include: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. Choose: a free replacement (identical item) or a refund to the original payment method.
  4. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the total value of the refund.

 

No returns required. Because each print is custom-made and shipping a damaged canvas back often costs more than it helps, we do not ask you to send defective items back to us.

 

Quality & Damage Claims

  • Please report shipping damage or print defects within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos speed up verification and keep your replacement or refund moving.

 

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

To keep this policy generous for everyone:

  • Multiple claims from the same account, address, or IP may be reviewed for abuse.
  • We may require a return or deny future claims if repeated requests lack valid evidence.
  • Customers who repeatedly report non-delivery may be asked to sign for future packages.

 

Refund Timing

  • Verified refunds are issued within 5 business days—you’ll see the credit on the card or account used at checkout.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Email us within 24 hours of ordering to modify or cancel.
  • Once printing begins, we may not be able to stop production, but we’ll try our best.

 

Color Variations

Screen settings vary. Minor color shifts between what you see on a monitor and the finished canvas are normal and not considered defects.
